Learn ABC Games ("the App") is an educational app designed for young children to learn the alphabet. We take children's privacy seriously and are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's App Store guidelines.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information from users.

The App stores game progress (completed levels, star ratings, and play streaks) locally on your device using Apple's standard storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

This App is directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require account creation, login, or any personal details to use.

Advertising

The free version of the App displays ads served by Google AdMob. We have configured AdMob in child-directed mode (tagForChildDirectedTreatment), which means:

• Ads shown are not based on behavioral tracking or interest profiling
• Google does not use cookies or similar identifiers for ad personalization
• Ads comply with Google's policies for child-directed content

Users who upgrade to Learn ABC Games Pro will not see any ads.

Microphone and Speech Recognition

The App requests access to the microphone and speech recognition solely to power interactive letter-pronunciation activities. Audio is processed on-device by Apple's frameworks and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted to us or any third party.

In-App Purchases

Purchases (monthly or annual Pro subscription) are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs purchase transactions.

Third-Party Services

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any user data with third parties beyond the services listed above.

Data Retention

All game progress is stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App.

Parental Rights

As a parent or guardian, you may:

• Review any data stored by the App (all data is local on your device)
• Delete all App data by uninstalling the App
• Contact us with any questions or concerns
